Shipping & Returns Policy

B'kini'd ships to both South African and international addresses. The estimated total delivery time for your order requires two business days for the order to be processed in addition to your preferred shipping method. Orders received after 1:00PM are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00PM on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national South African holidays.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping provider requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, we will require the business and receivers’ names.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the shipping/freight company.

Please Note: that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery location or redirect the parcel.

Return Requirements

We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on, you are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

* Proof of purchase needs to be included

* Tags attached

* Garment in original condition, including hygiene sticker in tact, unworn and unwashed

* Due to hygiene we cannot accept return on items that have been worn. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done. Swimwear is in fact non-returnable for healthcare and South African policy reasons.

Please Note: B'kini'd reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Our return policy is only applicable to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from one of our stockists, as these sales are bound under each retailer's returns and exchanges policy. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will provide you with our shipping address, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturing process not through standard wear and tear. Should you need to exchange please send us an email at

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location time may vary for your exchanged item to reach you.

We would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in order to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is the safer option to immediately shop your replacement since we cannot reserve any stock and in the popular styles, the stock might not be available later.
